Maya Tekstil
The production operations of Maya Tekstil's Akyazı plant in Sakarya required material flow to be carried simultaneously and reliably from multiple points; a single elevator could not sustain that flow. Edessa Asansör installed 4 independent hydraulic freight elevators, each with 4,000 kg capacity. Equipped with hydraulic drive technology, the systems were optimized for continuous industrial operation; thanks to the independent operating principle, maintenance on one line does not halt transport on the others. Vertical material handling across the facility now runs uninterrupted and well balanced. The project is a successful application of Edessa's multi-system planning and industrial continuity approach.
